She specializes in helping companies build high-quality, compliant sales teams, with a proven track record leading go-to-market strategies and sales operations for Fortune 100 companies. Kristi has a unique ability to blend technical knowledge and exceptional communication skills to drive success, from CRM strategy to full-scale program launches. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the National Agent Coalition.

Calen has 15 years of experience in telecom, cable, and Lifeline/ACP, and serves as Co-Founding Managing Director at both Community Outreach Partnerships and Performance Culture Consulting. In addition to his background in leadership and sales operations, he is a thought leader in distribution, compliance, and go-to-market strategy, with a proven track record driving customer acquisition for Fortune 100 companies. A certified business coach and sales trainer, Calen is passionate about elevating sales operations and advocating for collaboration across the industry. He currently serves on the National Lifeline Association Board and Co-Chairs the National Agent Coalition.

Austin is a Principal Consultant at Performance Culture Consulting, where he helps ISPs and MVNOs build winning go-to-market strategies and drive sustainable growth. With a process-oriented, results-driven approach, he specializes in operations management and client success, turning inconsistent sales programs into high-performing engines. Austin is passionate about creating impactful client experiences and building partnerships that last, and he's a frequent voice on stage at industry events like Connected America and MVNO Nation Americas. When he's not moderating panels on satellite technology and connectivity trends, he's focused on helping the next operator build the sales strategies they need to win.
Principal Consultant
Alexander is a telecom strategy and growth expert with a track record of driving results across broadband, wireless, and channel partner organizations. He specializes in sharpening go-to-market execution, boosting customer acquisition, and scaling operations for sustainable growth. Alexander brings a rare mix of data-driven strategy and hands-on execution, helping organizations build high-performing teams that consistently outperform expectations. He currently serves as Principal Consultant for Telecommunications Strategy & Growth at Performance Culture Consulting and sits on the Board of Directors' Emerging Leaders Council for NYC Second Chance Rescue.
